Through its own primary operations, distributor and affiliate network across the continent, iWay Africa presence spans across 44 African countries.

Kalahari Holdings, a company with diverse interests in Namibia, operating in the interests of Namibian development, owns 25% of Africa Online. Gondwana International Networks (GIN) is a pan-African service provider with its main interests in the telecommunications and ICT arenas. GIN is the majority shareholder in the following entities: iWay Africa, Telco Serve and Gondwana Communications. These entities are focused on providing telecommunication solutions on the African continent.
